FAQ

Common questions

Quick answers for photographers, illustrators, and local artists planning a print order.

Do you recommend test prints?

01

Yes. We recommend a test print for larger or exhibition-focused projects so you can review how the image translates to the chosen paper before final production.

What do you check before production?

02

We can review file resolution, colour profile, size, and paper options before printing. This is a preflight check, not a guarantee of spelling, names, dates, or legal accuracy.

How are exhibition print projects priced?

03

Quotes are based on size, media, quantity, and packaging. Small exhibition projects usually run from five to thirty prints and require a deposit.

How can I place an order?

04

Yes. Orders can be started by file upload, email, or a consultation appointment, and collection is arranged through the studio in Lismore.

What payment methods do you accept?

05

We accept card payments and bank transfer. Material and production timing are confirmed once your files and project details are reviewed.
